DESCRIPTION:
Egg Masala Curry where boiled eggs are just simmered in spicy masala gravy. It has a nice tangy taste of tomatoes coupled with the flavors and taste of the spices that are used.
INGREDIENTS:
- 4 Eggs For Curry
- 1 tsp Cumin Seeds
- 1 Green Chilli
- 1 Onion, finely chopped
- 1 tsp Ginger, chopped
- 1 tsp Garlic, chopped
- 1 tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1 tsp Coriander Powder
- 1 tsp Cumin Powder
- 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/2 Cup Water
- 2 Tomatoes
- 1/2 Cup Water
- 3 Tbsp Coriander Leaves
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Take a pan and add cumin seeds, green chilli and chopped onion
- Saute them till golden brown and then add ginger, garlic, turmeric powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, red chilli powder and salt.
- Mix them well.
- Add water and let it simmer.
- Now add grinded tomatoes, mix well and add more water. Mix them thoroughly.
- Add yogurt(optional), cut eggs in half and put the eggs into the gravy and mix.
- Now add coriander leaves and mix. Bring to simmer.
