GARY NEVILLE was caught celebrating Manchester United’s opener against Liverpool on Sunday and Jamie Carragher was not impressed.
The United legend was on commentary duty for Sky Sports and was spotted by gantry cameras pumping his fist when Marcus Rashford put the home side 1-0 up.
But ex-Liverpool man Carragher was not impressed by what he saw as he was pictured looking fuming.
The pair were former foes but now work side by side as pundits and regularly share jokes.
Rashford’s goal was shrouded in controversy as Liverpool claimed Divock Origi was fouled in the build up.
But after a VAR check, the goal stood.
Sky Sports Premier League posted the clip on Twitter alongside the caption: “Think @GNev2 enjoyed that one?
“VAR controversially upholds Rashford opener and disallows Mane strike before Lallana leveller.”
And fans online thought the clip was hilarious.
One posted: “Love how Neville checks to make sure the lino doesn’t have his flag up.”
And another added: “Look at the face on @Carra23.”
Regan Walsh cheekily quipped: “Still not sure who he’s supporting.”
