Terrified Susanna Reid begs BGT’s Jonathan Goodwin to stop as he shoots a bow and arrow while blindfolded

SUSANNA Reid begged Britain’s Got Talent star Jonathan Goodwin to stop as he did a terrifying stunt with a bow and arrow while blindfolded live on today’s Good Morning Britain.

The presenter was left squirming and feeling sick as he proceeded to pierce various objects with his bow – starting with a balloon.

Susanna Reid was left terrified as she watched the stunt on GMB today

Jonathan was joined by an assistant after all of the GMB hosts refused to take part.

He joked: “I asked any one of you to do this and you all chickened out!”

Looking horrified, Susanna squealed “It’s not in my contract!”  before proceeding to cover her eyes.

After Jonathan successfully managed to pierce the balloon, he graduated to a piece of paper.

Susanna screeched: “I can’t watch!”

As the stunt got more and more dangerous, he then put a blindfold on while the assistant held the balloon above her head.

She then proceeded to ring the balloon in various places so Johnathan knew where to aim – and thankfully he got it spot on.

Afterwards a relieved looking Susanna gasped: “I don’t know how you did that.”

She added that she was “feeling sick”, while co-host Ben Shepherd admitted his “heart was beating so fast”.

At the end he was blindfolded as he took aim

Jonathan missed out on winning Britian’s Got Talent this year to Chelsea Pensioner Colin Thackery, Magician X and Ben Hart – leaving fans fuming.

The escapologist wowed judges in his audition which saw him in a straight jacket, hanging from the ceiling and set on fire.

During the final he buried himself alive and managed to escape – leaving all the judges absolutely gobsmacked.
