STACEY Solomon has hit back at a fan who questioned why her sons don’t have a set bedtime.
The 31-year-old admitted that she felt mum shamed by the comment as she went on to explain her decision.
Stacey is mum to Zachary, 12 and Leighton, eight, from previous relationships, as well as Rex, one, who she shares with Joe Swash.
She often shares clips of her boys falling asleep in random places around the house at various times of the night, leading her followers to suspect they don’t have a set bedtime.
One person asked her this evening: “Why don’t the boys have a set bedtime instead of letting them fall asleep first?”
The Loose Women star admitted: “Don’t know if this is a judgy question and I am taking it as a personal parenting dig.”
She explained: “We do have a sort of bedtime, we don’t have a really strict routine because we never know if we are coming or going a lot of the time so we just go with it and do the best that we can.
“I love cuddling my kids, whether people think it is right or wrong I genuinely want to just squeeze in those cuddles while I can because I know that one day they won’t want to cuddle me anymore.”

Stacey added: “I do genuinely think just do what works for you, no matter what anyone thinks. Parenting is hard enough without feeling like you are not doing it the right way so just do what gets you through.”
She then shared a picture of herself cuddling her two youngest boys at 8.30pm, and wrote: “Current situation and I can’t wait to cuddle them all to sleep tonight.”
