DESCRIPTION:
SIMPLE AND HEALTHY RECIPE
INGREDIENTS:
- Oats: 200 gms
- Sugar: ¼ kg
- Coco powder: 3 tsp
- Milk: ½ cup
- Peanut butter: 2 tsp
- Vanilla essence: 1 tsp
- Salt: 1 tsp
- Butter: 2 tbsp
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Heat the pan. Then add sugar, coco powder, milk, butter, salt mix well
- Boil the above mixture for 2 minutes
- Next add oats, peanut butter & vanilla essence to the above mixture mix well and wait till it leaves the sides of the pan
- Pour the mixture in a cookie mould and leave about 20 to 30 minutes to set
- Your favourite cookies are ready to eat
