According to News 2, cable and satellite installer Nathan Beam was working at the home in Franklin, Tennessee when the incident occurred.

He said neither Kristin nor Jay were there, but their dogs were.

In the lawsuit, he claimed the couple’s two dogs were running around the property and not restrained, and he was ambushed by one of them when he was trying to leave.
