“With everything else going on for someone to do that is horrendous. I’ve looked at Instagram and when it comes to forgotten passwords it says to enter your username as well as the other two options and it’ll send you a link to reset,” another advised.
Other social media users warned Lucy to change any passwords relating to financial matters or mobile banking on her phone.
