Emmerdale’s Kim Tate will return for revenge against Faith Dingle after discovering she tried to kill her
KIM Tate is returning to Emmerdale for revenge against Faith Dingle.
The soap superbitch – who is played by actress Claire King in the ITV soap – is returning next month after being sent back to prison for breaking the terms of her licence when she was released in October.
Her October return saw her pushed over the balcony at Home Farm in a murder attempt by Faith Dingle.
Kim doesn’t yet know Faith was responsible, but producer Kate Brooks has revealed she will – and she’ll be gunning for her and her granddaughter Debbie as she tries to defend her from vengeful Kim.
She told the Daily Star: “We all discovered that it was Faith Dingle who pushed Kim off the balcony so there’s going to be a lot of animosity between Debbie and Kim.
“Cain as well gets caught up in the whole Kim/Graham toxic relationship.
“So there’s loads of fallout from that and Moira inadvertently ends up getting caught up in the crossfire. Kim’s got lots of good stuff coming up.”
Kate also revealed the soap has yet to cast Kim’s long-lost son James Tate, but promised he will be “hunky”.
She said: “We’ve not yet cast her son but there’s always got to be a nice young hunk.
“We’ve seen Kim saying that she wants to find Jamie and reconnect with him, and it’s another Tate name to bring into the fold, so it’s definitely on the cards.”
