Brazil face Senegal in Singapore on Thursday, with Neymar and Sadio Mane in action.
PSG star Neymar will make his 100th appearance for Brazil.
The Copa America champions saw their 17-match unbeaten run end with a 1-0 loss to Peru last time out and will hope for a return to winning ways at the National Stadium.
Neymar came on as a substitute in that defeat but is expected to feature from the off as he brings up his century of international appearances.
The 27-year-old is Brazil’s third-highest goalscorer of all time and currently sits just one strike behind legendary frontman Ronaldo.
However, Senegal are hoping to upset Brazil in Singapore – and Mane has fired a warning to their rivals.
“Brazil is one of the best teams in the world,” Mane said.
“Playing against Brazil and winning will be very important for me, for my colleagues and my country.
“We want to get a positive result. I told Fabinho: ‘We will win 4-0’.”
Plenty has been made of Neymar not getting a dream move back to Barcelona in the summer.
And Nou Camp talisman Lionel Messi has spoken out, claiming the Brazilian regrets leaving.
He told RAC1: “He is one of the best in the world, balanced, different and having him on our team would make us bigger candidates.
“I understand that people valued him for other things, for how he left and that there were people who did not want him to come and it was difficult, but because of the football he wanted him to come.
“I did not say to throw a stick to the board or go against them, I said it because I do not know because I was not in the negotiations.
“Many people say that I do the signings, I said I do not know if they did it because I was not in the negotiations.
“I know what I was talking about with Ney but I don’t know the other part.
“From what I believe, Neymar is sorry to be gone.
“Soon after leaving he realised that he was wrong, that he made a bad decision.
“Knowing him and seeing what is happening I think so.”
